Can anyone tell me how many propoints basmati rice is COOKED- on esource it only has 60g raw = 6pp but Im not measuring it from raw coz im cooking for my family not just me...

I measured my portion out dry and cooked in seperately then weighed it, so next time I know how much I can use x

I calculate that 60g dried makes 150g boiled, so I count 6pp for 150g.
