cooking for a friend

i have just recently got back to slimming world, my friend is visiting during the week and i'm cooking dinner. i don't want to mess up my week (friend is not in slimming world). i'm doing extra easy. just wondering what your favorite, quicky recipe is.. so i can amaze my friend.

You could do a quick stir fry? I use the blue dragon sauces and the sweet n sour one is 5 syns for the packet. Think they are 50p in Asda at the min too. I like doing mine with egg fried rice and it feels like a proper Chinese take away for 2.5 syns each
