What about the SW quiche it's always very popular, and a nice crisp salad - you will find the recipe for the quiche in the recipe section above, you could find a nice naughty but SW friendly dessert there too, good luck and have a good time with your friend. X

have you thought about steak, (sw) chips and a salad (either an extra easy or leave the skins on the chips and have a red day)? Maybe a mixed grill, gammon, quorn sausage (or low syn ones), steak,egg, chicken(maybe spicy wings) with peas (hexb) and some new potatoes (hexB), or perhaps a big club sandwich with 3 slices WW bread toasted(hexB) filled with chicken, ham, tomato, mayo (some syns) cheese (hexA) and potato wedges (hexb with skins on) on the side, or what about chicken smothered in syn free BBQ sauce (or use shop stuff for 0.5syns per tablespoon) with bacon and melted cheese (hexA) on top served with salad? Is that enough for now? I'll try and think of some more for you :)

oh and desserts really nice meringue nests (2 syns approx each) with fruit of choice (personally i like pineapple) covered with quark mixed with 3 sachets belgian choc options(2 syns per sachet) scrumptious and looks very naughty. or sugar free jelly(2 syns per sachet approx) with fruit set in it, with the quark and options mix, especially nice if you have orange jelly with mandarin pieces in and the outrageous orange options!
