Coolkerry's food diary - Weight, your going down !!

    First day at group today weighed in at 12st 3lb :eek: , not going to see that number again though !!

    Doing green today till i can get my head round EE

    L - Potatoes, mushrooms, 2 x eggs, 1/2 tin of beans

    D - Cabbage, mushroom, carrot, peppers, sp onion, noodles

    HE A - sk milk
    HE B - Salmon

    2 x muller yogs

    Think this is ok for my first day :)

    checked with my consultant today and i think ive got EE so here goes day 2...

    Brunch - 2 x eggs, mushrooms, tomato, bacon, beans, pots

    Lunch -hungry so had , lettuce, toms, cucumber, celery smoked salmon + quark with chives yummy !!!

    Diner -stir fry , noodles n salmon again

    HE A - sk milk

    HE B -


    Muller yog

    Syns - 7 1/2 on martini, fresh lime n lemonade ;)

    Green

    B - pots, 2 x eggs, beans , mushrooms :)

    L - Celery, quark n chives, muller yogurt n melon

    D - " Sausages Cottage Pie ", mushy peas , cabbage n broccoli


    HE A - Sk milk

    HE B - 3 X laughing cow extra lights in mash

    Its difficult to fit it all in !! Lol . Just made your cottage pie recipe , added some laughing cow extra lights to the mash , can't wait :) xx

    HE A - sk milk
    HE B - Bar

    Syns - gravy - 4 ??

    EE - Friday Friday gotta get down on fried eggs lol

    B - 3 x WW sausage 1 1/2 syns, bacon, beans, egg, mushrooms, toms :)

    L - salmon, scrambled eggs n salad with quark

    D - spaghetti bol

    Snacks - banana , muller yog :)

    HE A - sk milk

    HE B - 42g cheese

    Syns - 1 1/2 sausages

    Whoop whoop its Saturday :) off to mi bezzys to night so alcohol will be flowing , saving my syns for that ;)

    B - egg, toms, mushrooms, beans

    HE A - sk milk

    Syns - 8 zillion vodis

    Banana , nectarine

    45 mins of Zumba , shattered, red faced n sweating but enjoyed it

    Ill many many vodis, oops :eek: . Off to the mother-in-laws birthday party , ugh , will try to be good :/

    B - WW sausages - 2 1/2 syns toms egg

    D- salad, salmon , rice , pots , bit ov curry, beef, from buffet

    More vodi , jeez !! :/

    HE A - sk milk
    HE B - WW bread 2 , 2 paracetamol

    Feel sick :(

    D - turkey with tikka spices, peppers onions , tomatoes , mushrooms, corgette n 1/2 packet bachelors rice :) another muller !!
