This may be a stupid question but I would just like confirmation to keep me right.

If flavoured cordial says 'no added sugar' along the bottom of the label at the front is this regarded as syn free?

Bumping for newbies; I have just found out after 6 months on slimming world what NAS means - no added sugar (squash)
