    Am I right in saying that would have to syn them? Fresh from veg shop so not a clue where to start?! Any ideas n e one?

    I wouldn't have thought you would have to syn them unless you added butter??? I'm only new to this so I may be wrong xx

    Ah my understanding was that Abu corn is free but corn on the cob or tinned corn wasnt?! I'm not sure?!

    all corn is free on extra easy or green (is not free on a Original day).

    However sweetcorn/corn on the cob is NOT a superfree food, so can't count towards your 1/3 superfree.
