Corned Beef Syn Value?

I notice there is another post for the syn value of reduced fat corned beef, but does anyone know the syn value of Princes Reduced Salt Corned Beef (340g tin)? I made corned beef hash tonight and the beef is the only non-free-food! Can anyone help? Thank you!

i buy aldis normal sized tin and its 11 syns a tin if that helps will prob be around same give or take a syn

There are 3 1/2 syns in 100g

That's great. Think I had a third of a tin, so that's about 4 syns. Not too bad considering the rest of the meal was free. Thanks guys!
