Does anybody know the synn value of CORNFLOUR by the tablespoon?

And also a small can of condensed chicken broth?

CORNFLOUR PLEASE? Anybody. Can't be that bad surely for a couple of table spoons!

Syns are the same for green and red:

1 level tsp - 1 syn
1 level tbsp -3.5 syns
28g (1oz) - 5 syns
