2 skinless chicken breasts, chopped into small chunks
4 tbsp EL mayo (2 syns)
½ pot of mandarin muller light yogurt
1 tbsp co-op caramelized onion chutney (2 syns)
3 tbsp mild curry powder
1 tbsp turmeric
This makes 8 heaped tablespoons. So only 0.5 syns per heaped tablespoon! The sandwich we had had two spoonfuls, which was plenty.
Chop the chicken into chunks and fry in fry light until cooked. Leave to cool.
Mix together the mayo, yogurt, chutney, curry powder and turmeric then add the chicken and mix well.
We had this for lunch today and it was GOOOOD! We had a mixed salad with it.
