I've looked at the first one and think its a bit out of date syn wise worked it out amd I get 6.5 syns say 3 each might give it a go and see

Mmmm made it doesn't look like the picture on web tastes okay ish going to leave it insight see what it's like in morning but for something supposed to serve 2 really had to pump it with extra chicken
