Cost for shakes and bars?

Hi guys,
hope you are all doing well on the plan
i pay £40 at the moment for the shakes and soups and porridge per week
after week 2 i can have bars aswell (excited!! lol)
I was wondering roughly how much extra it will be for 7 bars a week and 14 soups/shakes/porridges?

Hey my consultant charges an extra 20p for the bars. So worth it though haha. I know it does vary from constant to consultant and some charge a flat rate for all products. At £40 yours sounds pretty good

thanks lms, i dont really get the mix a moose, i know it costs about £7 but how much will that make?

I pay 43, I have 6 bars the rest shakes) I did have porridge and soup but gone off those now.
