Does anyone know the syn value of Costas skinny lattes , I really love to have a Massino skinny once a week and I can't find it anywhere !

It is my belief that your skimmed milk can be used as HEA and the expresso coffee that goes in it is free! If you ask the barista they will tell you how many mils of milk each size cup holds.
