Had a small skinny latte at lunch time which was lovely and I know I'm ok with. Had a taste of the a Tropical Coolie (think that's what it was called)!and OMG it was gorgeous. Does anyone know the syn value of the regular size please? ;-)

Their tropical fruit cooler is 275/365/460 calories, depending on size. That's 14 syns for the smallest one. All the nutritional information is on their website - you need to scroll right down to the bottom for the link.

I was given a free sample of their new green tea, lime and mint drink the other day and it was just lovely. 151/213/260 calories depending on size, so I could get away with a small one for 7.5 syns!

But once in a while as a treat it would be just under the syn allowance.

Hi sorry I can't find this on the website but just wondering how many syns/calories a medium cup of tea (skimmed milk) is from Costa?
