    Tesco's value one is pretty much no fat, I would assume that one to be too high in fat for this diet but I am sure someone with more knowledge will come along and let you know.

    I'm disappointed that our local Tesco doesn't sell the value cottage cheese:cry:Does any body know if it's freezable!!I could stock up at a bigger branch then !
