Hiya,
How about:
Starter
Using it in stuffed mushrooms- I have a recipe that mixes it with lemon zest, cooked bacon chopped, and fresh herbs and the chopped stalks which have been cooked with the bacon (and garlic I think)
Then stuff and bake
Main
Mash with potato for cheesy mash or whizz with eggs for a souffle omelette
Pudding
