Started yesterday as I really want to start running again, I ran prior to having the but since then tried a couple of times unsuccessfully to get back into it so I thought if I did a sensible programme I may be able to sustain it, anyway just completed day 2 and I'm so proud! Achy but proud!!!
 
well done i did this last year and got to the run for 20 mins but then gave up due to lack of time, annoyed as can now barely run for 1 min again
 
I have just started the gym now instead. There was a really good thread on here before i wonder if its still going

I love the gym too, have recently stated doing more classes for a change, spinning is great, but just wanted to be able to run a bit too, a few of the local mums run after school drop off and now my youngest is 3 I have the occasional time I could join them, he's at preschool.
