Cough sweets on CD..

I'm really full up with some sort of flu thing, and my throat is in bits! Hurts to swallow and can't stop coughing which is making me heave. Can we take cough medicines or cough sweets on CD?

Im exactly the same Lauryn we must have picked up some germs on here lol......I wouldnt have thought we would be able to have cough sweets TBH....Iv been taking co-dydramol and think I maybe shouldnt even have had them cos my weight hasnt budged since monday and I normaly lose a bit each day GUTTED!
