Hi all, I've got a really sore throat at the moment. Usually I'd suck lockets or Strepsils but they both have syn values so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

I normally go for halls sugar free as there quite low but stick with hot water lemon & a tiny bit off honey that should do the job x
