Coughs,colds,flu???

Im coming down with a cold and bad cough but what can i take on LT?
I asked at the chemist and they said anything but i dont believe that.There not very good at my chemist so i tend to ask on here just in case?

Hi,

I just got over the cold. My chemist is really good and told me that I could take...

Benylin Cold and Flu tablets and Sudafed (for congestion).

I took both of these and lost 5 pounds so definitely didnt effect my ketosis.
