Hi everybody, im going to start a food diary on here. Firstly to try & keep me on track and secondly i want to try green & red days. I think i have got my head around green & red but if anybody notices a mistake could you kindly point it out.

Tomorrows menu (green day)

HEA 1 375 ml skimmed milk
HEA 2 45g red fat chedder
HEB 1 90g ham
HEB 2 115g tuna

BREAKFAST
muller light topped with raspberries & banana

LUNCH
ham & new potato salad (heb)
E.light mayo 2 syns

DINNER
Tuna & cheese pasta bake (hea & heb) with salad

My milk is used for coffee through out day.
Does this sound ok for a green day?

I posted this in the food diary section but nobody replied. Im going to bed soon & early start in morning so wont have time to replan my daily food. Would somebody just check if my green day menu is ok x
 
No food diary for tomorrow because its weigh day. I dont go off plan as such im just not as strict with milk/porridge measuring ect...

I am now converted to red/green days for sure, i still try & have 1/3 SF with each meal when doing these days but have read that it dosent matter as much as when doing EE. Any opinions would be grateful.

Hi am not an expert but it looks right to me. I tried green today and loved it. Not tried having meat/fish as healthy Extra yet but will once I get my head in gear. Been off plan for few weeks and feel terrible for it but on plan today which is great. I was finding ee hard with the third superfree too and having far too big a portion. How do you make your tuna bake, sounds great x
 
Yes looks fine to me too. I love my red and green days. Dont do ee as not a veggie fan.Try and have at least 5 syns as day as well.
