Could someone check my refeed list please?

    I'm going to be refeeding in about two weeks hopefully so wanted to start planning out what I'm having. Does this look ok?
    I realise I'm avoiding the majority of fruit and veg but I can't eat it because of my IBS. I'm having the apple as a test run to see what it's like before trying anything else. After not having anything for so long I don't want it coming straight back out again if you know what I mean!
    One thing I was wondering is if it's ok to have sushi and basmati rice instead of normal rice?

    Day 1
    Breakfast - Shake
    Lunch - Shake
    Dinner - Chicken + cucumber

    Day 2
    Breakfast - Shake
    Lunch - Cod + cucumber with lemon
    Dinner - Turkey + cucumber

    Day 3
    Breakfast - shake
    Lunch - Turkey, baked potato + cucumber
    Dinner - chicken + cucumber

    Day 4
    Breakfast - shake
    Snack - cut up apple
    Lunch - chicken + new potatos + cucumber
    Dinner - sushi rice + salmon
    Evening - ham + cucumber brown sandwhich

    Day 5
    Breakfast - shake
    snack - banana
    Lunch - ham + cucumber brown sandwhich
    Dinner - sushi rice + salmon

    Day 6
    Breakfast - shake
    Snack - cut up apple
    Lunch - brown chicken sandwhich + carrot sticks
    Dinner - sushi rice + cucumber

    Day 7
    Breakfast - shake
    Lunch - jacket potato + ham
    Dinner - sushi rice + salmon
    Evening - brown chicken sandwhich

    Hehe, I'm even having it at my wedding. ><
    It's surprisingly great for maintaining and it tastes so good with rice vinegar! I never put a pound on while eating it, pasta on the other was a whole other matter. *glares at pasta* What's great is that it's sticky so you can shape it into fun things like hearts and triangles with a filling like ham and just take them to work with you!
    Can't wait to have that rice! My cooker has been sat unused all this time and is looking sad and dusty. T.T
