Hi sorry to be a pain but after yesterday's fail I wondered if someone would check this for me...

B. fried egg, 2 slices of ham
S. One slice salami
L. Smoked haddock fillet on a mug full of lettuce, chopped cucumber and tomatoes.
S. dunno yet....
T. Roast chicken leg, mug of above salad, leeks in cheese

Should I have more protein with my evening meal?

hey Amanda Im new to this myself so not realy equiped to advice but what Iv been doing is using My Fitness Pal and entering everything I have into there to try get my ratio's right ...its free to join up have a play on there but seriously IGNORE THE CALORIES lol
