Hi

I have a packet in of dominos recipe base Italian sausage casserole.

Tried to attach a pic but can't see how to do it? Anyone know if it's free? It looks very low!

There'd be no free food allowance for that so it wants synning at 20 calories = 1 syn. A lot of those flavour-base packets are very low-syn, especially if you make the number of portions as per the pack, so you may find you're onto a winner! Remember to use the calorie value for the dry product not the finished one as that value may contain milk or whatever else too. I like to use the cheesy flavoured ones to make low-syn sauce (I only use water to make them up, no milk or oil or anything else). Enjoy!
