Good evening everyone....

first today 100% and still have one shake to go....check me out lol!!!

but i havent been 100% all week but havent had like big meals or anythin but right now i am freeeeezing! I couldnt be in ketosis already could i?

Hmmmm its pretty cold this evening so maybe maybe not lol Do you have any other side effects, metal mouth etc, are you hungry???
