Hi, I've jut stood on the scales (bad time of day I know) but for the first time in years there was a 13 on the front of my weight!

Fortunately I have been inspired by everyone on this forum and I ordered my bumper pack on Saturday, so hopefully it will arrive on Tuesday so I can get started and get this weight off. Looking forward to this, didn't think i'd ever be this excited about a food replacement option!

Thank you! I have started bulk buying sparkling water and cutting down the milk in my tea to essentially nothing in preparation, just hoping I can cope with total and not need working as I need to lose it to keep me motivated!
Think I might split the packs though for an evening at least. Looking forward to daily updates x
