Counsellor charges / cost of diet

#1
Hi there - I wanted some advice please on how much people pay for their diet as i thought it would be the same across the board. But a counsellor i saw today said on SS (having 21 items a week) would cost me £37.50 regardless of what diet items i have.

Is this normal? Good? Bad?

Just wanted some advice, thanks so much

as my councellor will be coming to my house to do weigh ins ect, she's only coming every 2 weeks, and she quoted me £75.60 for the 2 weeks so 42 packs, so i think what your getting charged is more or less correct :)

Yeah I think it's normal, mine is £34 without tetras or £38 with tetras and that's regardless of how many tetras I take, I had 14 last week and it made no diff to cost. £37.50 is good as a flate rate.

CD only sets recommended retail prices so it's up to each CDC what they charge. If you're not happy with the prices your CD charges then check out if there's another CDC locally who charges less.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Sounds like I'll be paying pretty average prices which is fine, just wanted to check. I am suprised they can charge what they want, I assumed it would be standardised.
Well...just gotta get through the first week now!! I've just finished day 3 and so far so good... Resisted weighing myself but don't look/feel any different anyway..YET!!
