Countdown to D Day diary - no falling off the wagon allowed!

Right, this is it...I need to keep a food diary.
The weeks are getting lower & my ass ain't getting smaller so it's COP THE HELL ON TIME:eek:

I'm aiming for a 100% week

Breakfast
1 slice of wholemeal toast (part of HEX ), 1 poached egg, 1 apple & fat free yoghurt

Snack
half a punnet of grapes (yes, half!) & fat free yoghurt

Lunch
Baked Potato, ham & 28g of grated Cheese (3syns) with tossed salad

Dinner
Chicken stirfry - carrots, mushrooms, onions, spring onions, cherry tomatoes in frylite with cajun seasoning

Lee's Meringue Nest (3syns), fat free youghurt & chopped apple & plums

Snack - later!!!
Toast & hmmmmm dunno
 
Food diary is looking good - it's made me want poached eggs on toast for breakfast tomorrow :)
Thanks - Poached eggs are nice, just something about them, no matter when! I think thats what I'll have later on my other piece of toast now yummmmm:D
 
Breakfast today was...
Mushrooms, tomatoes = superfree
Beans, 1 fried(frylite) egg = free
2 sw sausages @1syn each
1 slice of wholemeal toast = part 1 of hex b

Gorgeous!!!

Lunch

Beans on toast (2nd part of hex b)with fat free yoghurt, apple & plum afterwards

Will post dinner later :)
 
Dinner is ...
Sw pork & apple burgers (extra lean) = free
Sw paprika chips = free
Carrots & cherry tomatoes = superfree
Lee's meringue,Fruit salad & fat free yoghurt for dessert = 3 syns

Patiently waiting for the oven timer to go!!!
 
Today's syns = 6.5

Breakfast = all bran (hex b) apple, plum

Dinner = steak, sw roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots & onions, 1 tbsp gravy = 3.5 syns

Lee's meringue = 3syns, grapes, apple, plum with fat free yoghurt

Supper = beef stir fry (red peppers, courgete, spring onion) with cous cous

Stuffed now!!! Goodnight :)

Fresh fruit salad (grapes, apple, orange)

Lunch
Leftover beef stir fry & veg with cous cous
Fruit salad

Dinner
Sw chips
Beans & egg

Total syns = 0

Must go look for some syns to eat mmmmmm :)

1 syn sausages(2) with beans & eggs

Yesterdays food diary

Breakfast

All bran hex b & milk from hex a allowance
Fruit salad

Lunch
Fruit salad, baked potato, carrots, cabbage

Dinner in a friends
Spaghetti Bolognese with ragu sauce AldI garlic bread & 3 chocolate hob nob cookies!!! Such a bad but yummy dinner!

Back on track big time cos I've weigh in this evening eeeek:-S
 
Had a very naughty weekend but tmrw is Monday & it's back on track time!!!

Not sure honey I've not had that problem before :-/ but I tend to post from my iPad app so maybe that's different! Hmmm..

Well done for getting back on plan honey, I am determined to stick to plan this weekend!! Need to prove to myself I can do it lol. Xxxx
