Countdown to the new me!

After years of yo-yo dieting, I'm finally in the zone! I plan to loose 2lb a week for the nxt 35 weeks, taking me down to my goal of 9 and 1/2 stone. Does any one have any tips for sucsseful planning and keeping on top of it. I have a 2 1/2 years old daughter and a partner so meals need to be varied and suitable for the little one as I want us to eat the same as I do all the cooking and I have a part time job.
