hey guys

my delivery will be here tomorrow, having done ll previously. im half excited and half dreading the first week of hell, before keytosis.

I found the ketostix and counselling with ll a bit much, but i have to say i am a bit worried about going it alone.

That's exactly what I didn't like about LL. The group stuff, peeing on a stick and sitting in a circle was all too much for me. Never enjoyed going to group.
I have found this site a lifesaver doing exante. So much support at your fingerstips as and when you need it!
