counting carbs in eggs

    Are eggs classed as 'free food'...or do I count the small amount of carb???

    No worries Dawn - I'm too lazy to count eveything :D

    I follow the rules in Jim's sticky "So you're thinking of starting Atkins" - and use the cups rule (hehe - sorry, the men react to the word "cups", can't think why lol ) for veg as well, although I know some people do count all the carbs.

    Just had two - brekkie is running a bit late here today! :eek:

    Was using fitday .....going to bin that and do the 'cup method'...less confusing...lol
