Good morning all. I am just wondering if you can help me. I am currently doing EE. If I choose 2 hifi bars as my hex-b and then later on have a wholemeal roll at 3 syns or also a hex-b should I then syn the hifi bars? or syn the roll? I have been syning the roll as it has the lower syn value compared to 2 hifi bars. I hope this makes sense x

Lizs84 is correct, as long as your roll is 60g it'll be 6 syns - the same as the Hi Fi bars so it won't matter which you decide is the HEb and which is syn'd. If you're doing this every day or nearly every day my next suggestion won't matter, but if it's just the odd time, why don't you try tweaking your day to a Red or Green and then both can be HEb and you won't have to worry about one of them being syn'd.
