Serves 4 2 syns on Red and Free on Extra Easy Ingredients 4 chicken joints, skinned 14oz/397g can tomatoes, including juice 7oz/198g can sweetcorn, drained 2 sticks celery, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2oz/50g white cabbage, finely shredded 1 bay leaf 1tsp/5ml mixed herbs 1/2 pint/300ml chicken stock, (bovril or oxo) - boiling Method 1. Put all the ingredient in the slow cooker making sure that the fresh vegetables are covered by the boiling hot stock. 2. Cook on high for 5-7 hours This is lovely Winter comfort food. Enjoy!!
