4oz Cous Cous
2 eggs
2 tbsp lemon curd
2 tbsp sweetener
Vanilla essence
prepare the Cous Cous with boiling water as instructed on the packet.
Once water has been absorbed then fluff up with a fork. Add rest of ingredients and mix well, pour into a baking dish or tray ,cook on high for approx 15-20 minutes until spongy

Only syns are the lemon curd. Take all the syncs for one day and keep in the fridge for a free snack - goes great with a bit of vanilla muller light.
