Cous cous is free on Green and EE.
Bear in mind that you can't used it ground as a flour substitute, as some people have done before. Then it will have a syn value.
But normal, dried cous cous is free, yes :)

On green and EE, they are anything from 1 syn to 3.5 syns for the whole pack, excluding the oil and butter, which really aren't necessary!

I like the batchelors savoury rices, they are all free and pretty quick to make. Also the batchelors super noodles, and Heinz Cheese and tomato ravioli (which is about 1.5 syns per can?) I work evenings so have to take food with me, these are good options :) x
