Cous cous

I have been following the extra easy plan for around 9 weeks, but want to introduce red and green days. I seem to struggle more with ideas for green days and really want to try different ways to jazz up cous cous if anyone has any ideas? Thanks x
 
I usually make it up with some chicken stock and then mix in some roast vegetables - butternut squash, peppers, carrots, mushroom, red onion and garlic. Yummy!
 
I either make it sweet or savoury, savoury with cheese, & pickled onions, or peppers, onions, quorn works well in couscous too, or apricots & quorn. If sweet I make it up with cordial & add any fruit I fancy.
