covent garden soup - heart warming soup

hey anyone know the syn values for covent garden heart warming soup. its the current soup of the month.

also does anyone know if any covent garden soups can be used as a HE as i remember reading that in the SW magazine at somepoint but don't know what ones it is

The heart warming soup isn't on the website but the following are hexb on green/red and EE.

carrot and coriander - 300ml
root veg medley soup - 300ml
