Hi everyone,
I have found the syn values for Covent Garden Soup, Tomato and Basil
13 syns per 600g carton!!!!!!
Might as well eat chips!
Does anyone know if you can use some of this as a B choice, as I know you can eat the Coconut soup as a B as it said in the last magasine?
