    Does anyone know the syn value for Pascarello's Spring onion crackers. They're like Ritz and I got them in the 99p shop. It only gives the kj value not calories on the box. I have left them for my hubby until I can find out how good/bad they are.

    if you search the kj value on google = calories, you should find the conversion.

    then it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as there is no free food allowance.

    Thank you britmum. They weigh 5 grams each so 5 would be 6 syns. Might be worth it now and again with cheese as a HE I suppose.
