Add a pinch of salt to your soups, if you have them, or take it somehow with something on plan.

Or visit your pharmacist who can recommend something such as crampex.

Hmmm I didn't know cramps had anything to do with the diet, or is it just lowered salt intake anyway that contributes to cramps?
There's salt in the products but for some people or under certain circumstances like hot weather, others need a little more.

It's thought that it's caused by changes in electrolyte levels in the blood and muscles.

It's recommended that you either go up a plan, or add a little salt to the diet.

I found those nasty leg cramps settled for me after a couple of weeks ... so dont give up hope. I know they really hurt but they will probably pass.
