Not tried the bars yet but WI tonight so I intend to get some. I am just having a choc tetra - yummy

I'm about to have a banana tetra - first CD today!

I have a tetra for lunch, a soup when I get home (6-7ish), and a cranberry or peanut bar for a chocolate fix at around 8-9ish

i stopped bars when i started to stall.. but they not made any difference..

i not tryed the cranberry...

my fave are choclate and toffee :)

i had s shake for breaki and i will have a soup about 6 then a shake about 9 with my 790 meal between.. having cottage cheese and celery tonight :)

Its true because the bars have more calories - I dont know how many more but thats why you arent allowed them until your 3rd week when you're already a couple weeks in.

Just had a cranberry bar for lunch - my fav bar (infact peanut is the only other one i have) - and so far, they haven't produced any er, 'wind' problems!

I had a butterscotch muffin for brekkie and i'm having a choc orange mousse for lunch. Not go onto the bars yet, maybe next week!

am halfway through a choc tetra (bit sick of them now to be honest!) but i get to start on the bars tomorrow and the cranberry one will be the 1st one i sample! x

Just a glass of water for me til 4pm, then I'll have a choc tetra.

I had the cranberry bar last night, didn't like it too much though, but then I guess I don't like fruit anyway lol!

The peanut and cranberry bars have the same amount of calories as the shakes/soups. The other bars have more.

Think I learnt that from the great Icemoose (aka Mike)!!

I went onto the bars after 9 days. First week lost 14lb but then second week only lost 4lb could this be because of the bars?
I wouldnt have thought so Jo Jo, youve had a brilliant loss both weeks, average is 1 st per month, some a little more, some a little less, Id say 18lbs in 2 weeks is cracking!!

Always take average over 1 month x

No. It's because 4Ibs per week is about right for CD. The first week loss is always huge (losing water / glycogen). Then you'll get into the rhythm. 4Ibs per week is about right on schedule for 1 stone per month.

I dont like the cranberry at all - ewwwwww! I thought it smelt of nail polish remover and tasted about just as bad lol. I really only like the peanut bars but they give me such wind i've limited myself to 2 per week otherwise i'd be a social outcast lol :eek:
