hi heatherdawn, whenever i get cravings i drink cold water, or eat ice cubes. the ice cubes business might just be a personal thing but i like to eat when i'm bored or watching telly, so ice cubes are great because it's calorie free! other things i do: write in my journal or just doodle, paint my nails, play a game on my iphone. basically, just do whatever takes your mind off the noms good luck. bx
