Take couple of chicken breasts, slice open and fill opening with either philli or seriously strong cheese spread.
Place in oven proof dish, top with sliced mushrooms and poor over some cream,about 100mls.
Cook in oven till chicken cooked through
If you wish you can wrap breasts in bacon once stuffed with cheese.
