Creamy mushroom and stilton sauce

Great with steak!

* fresh mushrooms, cleaned and chopped.
* butter to fry mushrooms
* double cream
* blue stilton cheese.

1. fry mushrooms until tender and brown.
2. add double cream to pan, heat but do not boil.
3. during the heating up of the cream, crumble stilton into the pan. Add to taste and allow to melt.

Its like a thickish mushroom soup, but has a lovely cheesey flavour, but because it is very rich, dont overdo it!
