Creamy Pasta Bake

Basic Creamy Sauce – 1pt

1 onion - sliced
6 mushrooms - chopped
1 pepper – sliced
1 veggie stock cube
1 Philadelphia ex lite mini tub (or 40g from a large tub)
Frylite

Soften the vegetables in Frylite
Mix stock cube with a mug of water
Add stock to vegetables, and soften further
Add philadelphia, and stir until there are no lumps left (a whisk can help)
Allow sauce to thicken

THEN ADD

Either 60g rice for 3pts or 60g Pasta for 2.5pts

PLUS – ANY FLAVOURS YOU LIKE – FOR EXAMPLE
1 diced cooked chicken breast – 2.5pts
150g smoked haddock – 2pts
150g king prawns – 1.5pts
150g quorn chunks – 2pts

You then have a creamy pasta or risotto of your choice!
