Creamy Pasta Sauce - Valentines

1 Onion
1 Clove garlic (used 1 tsp lazy garlic)
2 tbsp chicken stock made with chicken oxo
1 HEB portion bacon per person
2 tbsp vlf fr frais
2 eggs
28g parmesan per person (HEA)
2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley
salt & pepper

Finely chop onion & put into saucepan with garlic & stock.
Gently cook for 4-5 mins.
Cut bacon into strips & add to pan, cook on high until it is cooked through.
In a small bowl whisk together the fr frais ,eggs, parmesan, parsley & seasoning.
Cook your choice of pasta, once cooked drain & return to pan.
Add the bacon & egg mixture. Stir & cook for 2-3 mins. (make sure it doesn't boil or the fr frais will separate!!)
With 1 HEA &1 HEB it's free. It's also my fav!!
