Green Day creamy sauce for pasta

Hiya, I have just joined 5 minutes ago. This site seems fab! I will fill you all in briefly on my profile soon, but at the moment I am looking for a yummy creamy sauce to use with pasta on a green day with slimming world?? I don't go anymore but do have the books etc. I have bought fromage frais and fat free greek yogurt, but I am scared to use it because I assume it will be kind of sour tasting? I've put hubby on the diet too and you know what men can be like at turning their noses up xxx

I'm just about to make this for my dinner. Swap the oil for frylight and use a HEB of philadelphia with garlic and herbs and you're sorted!
