Creamy Sauce for Seafood Pasta

Hi

Does anyone have a nice recipe for a creamy sauce I can mix into seafood and pasta?

I have tried Philadelphia and it was a bit stodgy. Does anyone have any syn free or low syn ideas they can share please?
