Low fat Creme Fraiche is a good substitute for cream, but you will have to Syn it. But a recipe off the top of my head would be:

Stir fry onion, garlic, mushrooms
Add a little white wine & cook down...can be omited if you didnt want to use your Syns
Add some stock & reduce a little & then add your creme fraice
Season

You can then add any other veg/meat/fish you want that has been cooked seperatly & you can just add it to the sauce or have just the sauce with the pasta

Hope this makes sense & you enjoy it....its a base sauce I use all the time
