Creamy tandoori chicken (free on EE)

needs to get a life
This recipe was on the table at my local class, though it had listed as 'tandoori spices' in the recipe. I couldn't find a mixed spice for tandoori so I put one together from a bit of googling:
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cayenne

Put in large bowl, add half a pot of fat free yoghurt, mix together. Cut up five to six pieces of chicken breast into chunks, put in the mix, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Put on a foil covered oven tray. 220 degrees for 15 mins, turn, 5 more mins. Incredibly tasty.

Technically, I am sure the food purists will tell us that tandoori should be dry... I didn't name the recipe :)

Wow, that looks Fab. Have to try it over the week end. :D

It really looks yummy I don't like tandoori because it's dry but this would suit me to a tee
