Just made this up as I went along and was yummy!

Ingredients
Chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Small carton passata
200ml chicken stock
1 heaped tsp lazy garlic
Salt & pepper
1 tsp paprika
50g light phili

Method
1. Brown the chicken in a large pan & season

2. Add all ingredients apart from phili, turn heat down & simmer for at least 20 mins

3. When sauce is thick, stir through phili for a few mins then serve.

I had mine with rice, peas and sweetcorn

Yum yum! I make something similar for a pasta sauce. Peppers, mushrooms, red onion, chicken breast pieces, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, garlic/chilli flakes and 1 tbsp quark. Gorgeous! Makes a really creamy sauce.

Swapping the chicken breast pieces for meatballs tonight, yummy!

syn free on EE & red, I follow green days and used the chicken as my hexb allowance x2 so not sure how many syns it would be

I get confused about A's & B's!!... Lol. I only do ee days, so if I have this I'm assuming I would need to syn the Philli or would it count as a healthy extra either A or B??

Cream cheese is a hexa, it can also be a hexb on green days (which I follow) but I have to use both my hexb's for chicken in this dish

You can make syn free Philly by straining some natural yog and a punch of salt overnight in a cloth over a seive. There's a recipe thread for it somewhere using Greek yog? But when I used from frais instead it came out just like Philly but as its just made from yoghurt it's syn free!!! :)
